Managing director of Kitron Microelectronics AS, Mr. Leif Tore Smedås, has today purchased 164 shares in Kitron ASA at a price of NOK 3,15 per share. The shares have been purchased directly from the company. After this trade, Mr. Smedås holds 52,952 shares and 120,000 bonus units connected to the share price in Kitron ASA.

Kitron ASA does not hold own shares.
