Mandatory notices of trade
The following three stock exchange notices regarding the purchase of 200' own shares by Kitron ASA were published through Orion Securities last week on behalf of Kitron ASA:

Following this transaction Kitron ASA holds a total of 76,000 own shares.

Kitron ASA has 1 October 2008 purchased 116,000 own shares at a price of NOK 2.6474 per share.
Following this transaction Kitron ASA holds a total of 192,000 own shares.
The transaction has been carried out according to the authorization by the annual general meeting on 29 April 2008.
Kitron ASA has 2 October 2008 purchased 8,000 own shares at a price of NOK 2.70 per share.
Following this transaction Kitron ASA holds a total of 200,000 own shares.
