The board of Kitron ASA resolved the final annual financial statements 2007 in its meeting on 13 March 2008. The net result for the year was the same as in the preliminary results resolved on 8 February 2008.
The board plans to hold the annual general meeting in Oslo on 29 April 2008 at 09:30 a.m. Notice and agenda for the meeting will be sent to the shareholders latest two weeks before the meeting.
