Kitron ASA (“Kitron”) issues this notice on behalf of the primary insider concerned.

Any payment from Kitron’s bonus programme related to the share price development is conditional upon the recipient remaining employed in the company in a position that is included in the programme.

Almante Medziausiene, formerly Managing director of the subsidiary UAB Kitron in Lithuania, left employment with Kitron at the end of February 2008. Mrs. Medziausiene holds zero shares or other rights to shares in Kitron ASA.

Mrs. Medziausiene will remain on Kitron’s primary insider list until the first interim report following her departure has been issued.
